How long until I receive my package?

If you place your order until 1 pm and we have the item in stock, we print and send it on the same day. Usually, the package delivered between 3 to 5 working days.
If you place your order after 1 pm and we have the item in stock, we print and send it on the next day. Usually, the package delivered between 5 to 7 working days.
If you place your order, but we don't have the item in stock, we’ll inform you of the delivery date. You can find information about it under the 'Size and quantity' button in the right upper corner.

Will I receive a lower discount price, when I buy more products?

Yes, of course! We offer you exclusive prices after ordering two items. You can find it by clicking on the 'Discounts' button under the actual cost.

May I modify my order after approval?

Please, look through and check your order details before finishing. Pay attention to all the information summarised in the last step before you finish. Though, if you would like to modify something after approval, please contact our service on the telephone. Depending on what stage your order is, we try to execute your request. If your t-shirt not printed yet, modifying parameters is possible. Just send us your new idea by email including your modification request in written form.

What is the difference between t-shirts?

Our products differ from each other in several ways considering the manufacturer, material and quality. Most of the tees are made of 100 % cotton, providing soft and comfortable wear. They also differ in weight and size. You can find all the information you need by clicking on the chosen item.


What size of an image can you print?

We can print on the maximum size of 35 x 40 cm on t-shirts with digital printing (DTG).

How much does the printing cost?

It costs 7 EUR/printing (including VAT).

What kind of file formats do you support for uploads?

Our online designer supports the following file formats .jpg, .jpeg and .png. If you have a logo or motive with the following file formats .pdf, .cdr and .psd, please send us via email.

May I modify the ready-made template colours?

Yes, most of our ready-made template colours are variable.

May I modify text design?

Yes, you can choose from several options to use. Click on the button 'Add text' in the right upper corner and type in your text. Vary font types, bold or italic, size, colours, choose alignment or even bend your text.

What is the appropriate size or resolution of a picture to get a high-quality printing?

Please, upload pictures or digital photos that are at least 1500 pixels in width or min. 2-3 MB in size.

What quality of image do I need? Do you check all the orders?

Don't worry, our expert art workers review every order, and we will contact you if we think we cannot get a great result with your upload.

Can you remove the background of my image?

Yes, our expert team is at your service. When placing your order, select 'Require graphic editing' option in the Cart content section and write your message in the comment field. The cost determined on a case by case basis.

What do you support RGB or CMYK?

CMYK mode supported by the printing process. It’s hard to convert between RGB and CMYK correctly. Therefore specific colours may look different in printing.

What printing methods do you offer?

We provide several printing methods like digital printing, screen printing, pad printing, sublimation printing and UV printing, though the most often used technique is digital printing (DTG) for textiles.


What if I am not satisfied with my order?

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us. Please turn to our customer service on a telephone or send an e-mail to and let us know all about your complaint.
As we supply personalised goods, please be careful to check your order details (colour, size, design) before placing it, as personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty. Personalised and tailor-made products are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.


Garment Care

Wash garments on a cool 30-degree wash, inside out, and always iron the garment inside out. Also, do not tumble dry or dry clean any printed clothes.

What do we use your information for?

Can I order a blank sample?

Yes, of course. You can buy all the products without printing to test the quality, fabric and size before purchasing a larger order.
